En caso de que el participante retire su inscripción, hasta 30 días antes de la fecha del Taller: El valor de la inscripción inicial NO es reembolsable; sin embargo, puede aplicarse para un futuro taller con MV dentro de los próximos 12 meses. Si la persona realizó el pago total del taller puede ser reembolsado descontando el valor de la inscripción así como el valor del procesamiento de tarjeta de crédito/débito (Para Tarjetas de Estados Unidos es el 2.9%, y para tarjetas internacionales es el 3.9%).

En caso de que el participante retire su inscripción dentro de los últimos 30 días previos a la fecha del taller o no asista al Taller: Se aplicará el pago para un futuro taller con Martha Vargas dentro de un período de 12 meses.

Si el taller llegase a cancelarse por una situación del Instructor: Los participantes que ya hayan pagado parcial o totalmente, tendrán la opción de elegir si utilizar su pago para otro Taller con MV dentro de un período de 12 meses o recibir un reembolso completo.

Quienes se registren deben esperar para comprar tiquetes de avión y reservas de hotel hasta la confirmación del evento. Martha Vargas no se hace responsable de los gastos ocasionados por los cambios en tiquetes de avión, alojamiento, alimentación, etc.). El reembolso del pago del taller no incluye dichos gastos.

Martha Vargas se reserva el derecho de cambiar la sede del Taller dentro de la misma ciudad cuando sea necesario e informará a los participantes sobre la nueva dirección dentro de un plazo razonable.

Cancellation Policy

Please read these policies carefully, for they apply to all of our workshops. Thank You.

In the event that the participant withdraws their registration up to 30 days before the Workshop date: The initial registration fee is non-refundable; however, it can be applied to a future workshop with MV within the next 12 months. If the person made the full payment for the workshop, a refund can be issued, deducting the registration fee as well as the credit/debit card processing fee (For U.S. cards, it is 2.9%, and for international cards, it is 3.9%).
In the event that the participant withdraws his registration within the last 30 days prior to the closing of the workshop or does not attend the workshop: The payment for a future workshop with Martha Vargas within a period of 12 months will apply.
If the workshop cancels due to an Instructor situation: The participants who have already paid in part or in full will have the option to choose whether to use their payment for another Workshop with MV within a period of 12 months or receive a full refund.
Those registering must wait to buy plane tickets and hotel reservations until confirmation of the event. Martha Vargas is not responsible for the expenses caused by changes in plane tickets, accommodation, food, etc.). Reimbursement of the payment of the workshop does not include such expenses.
Martha Vargas reserves the right to change the headquarters of the workshop within the same city when necessary and will inform the participants about the new address within a reasonable time.
